FINANCE CLERK P/T - The Township of Bedminster seeks a Part-Time
Finance Clerk. A minimum of three (3)
years of accounting experience is required.
Local government accounting experience is preferred. Experience and knowledge of bookkeeping,
basic municipal accounting, budgeting practices and procedures in accordance
with New Jersey government statutes.
Candidates must be proficient in Edmunds financial software, Microsoft
Excel and ADS payroll a plus. Candidates shall be highly organized, detail-oriented
and able to perform in an active environment.
Job functions may include but are not limited to: General Accounting Principles, Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, assistance with Budget Preparations,
Payroll Processing and other duties assigned by the Chief Municipal Finance
Officer. Must have working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite. Salary range is
$22-$30 per hour depending on qualifications.
