Code Enforcement

The Construction Official receives applications, issues permits, provides inspections, collects fees and answers code enforcement questions for all areas of construction - building, electrical and plumbing.

Contact this office for certificates of occupancy, sign requests, tree removal permits, driveway opening permits, change-in-use permits, developer's fee, and applications for historic appropriateness.

The Construction Official reports information to the Township, County and State, and to the Federal Bureau of the Census.

The Spatial Data Logic (SDL) is an online resource that gives you convenient access to specific data you need. The SDL portal is accessed through an easy-to-use app or by going to and creating an account. Please enter the full name of “Bedminster Township" to locate our department.  Once an account is created, users can check the status of inspections, view permit history, and check permit status.  The portal is great for homeowners, construction personnel, and real estate professionals to locate information at their convenience.   To learn how to register for an account download the directions below:
