Payments received after the grace period will be charged interest from the original due date.  Please note that payments are posted based on the actual date received, and not the postmark date.

Sewer charges include a fixed fee plus a usage charge based on the prior year's water usage data from New Jersey American Water.  For residential users, this is calculated using water meter readings from the first and last quarters (October-March) of the prior year.  Commercial users are charged based on the total annual water usage from the prior year.

Commercial establishments with grease interceptors must be properly operated, maintained and conform with the Board of Health Ordinance.  A grease interceptor certification must be proved to the Board of Health from a certified civil engineer. Certificates are forwarded to the Township Engineer and Board of Health for review, and must be received no later than October 31st of each year.
