11. Public Hearing of Ordinances
a. Ordinance No. 2021-009 – AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000 for THE CAPITAL ROAD MANAGEMENT PLAN. This ordinance appropriates $100,000 from the capital improvement fund for the Township’s Road Management plan including, but not limited to, the reconstruction, repair and mitigation of roads, draining and storm water systems on various Bedminster Township Roads.
b. Ordinance No. 2021-010 – AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000 FOR STREET LIGHTING UPGRADES. This ordinance appropriates $25,000 from the capital improvement fund for the purchase of street lighting upgrades.
c. Ordinance No. 2021-012 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-6.3 ENTITLED “PARK AND RECREATION AREA RULES’ AND CREATING SECTION 3-20 ENTITLED “PROHIBITION ON THE PUBLIC CONSUMPTION OF CANNABIS” OF CHAPTER III ENTITLED “POLICE REGULATIONS” OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BEDMINSTER. This ordinance creates the Township’s regulations prohibiting the public consumption of cannabis in the Township.

13. Resolutions
a. Resolution No. 2021-082 – Authorizes the insertion of a special item of revenue and insertion of an item of appropriation for equal amount in the 2021 Budget to include funding for the 2021 Clean Communities Grant.
b. Resolution No. 2021-083 – Reappoints a Temporary Qualified Purchasing Agent and maintains the Township’s bid threshold of $44,000.
c. Resolution No. 2021-084 – Establishes Township Employee salaries effective January 1, 2021.
d. Resolution No. 2021-085 - Appoints a new Emergency Management Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator.
e. Resolution No. 2021-086 – Appoints new members to the Historic Preservation Commission, Environmental Commission and the Land Use Board due to resignations.
f. Resolution No. 2021-087 – Appoints Robin Ray from Acting Clerk to Municipal Clerk.
g. Resolution No. 2021-088 Authorizing the Renewal of Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club liquor license for the period of July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022
h. Resolution No. 2021-089 Authorizing the renewal of Delicious Heights Enterprises Corp. liquor license for the period if July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022
i. Resolution No. 2021-090 Authorizing the renewal of Grateful Spirits, Inc. liquor license for the period of July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022
