- Ordinance #2021-001 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XIII ENTITLED “LAND MANAGEMENT” OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BEDMINSTER – SECTION 13-502 – STORMWATER MANAGEMENT. This Ordinance amends Chapter XIII with required updates per N.J.A.C. 7:8 regarding Stormwater Management changing the definition of “major development” and establishing a requirement for projects to use Green Infrastructure methods. The public hearing for this Ordinance is scheduled for February 16, 2021 at 7:00 pm, Municipal Building, One Miller Lane, Bedminster, NJ.

Bedminster Senior Van Alternative Program
Somerset County Transportation has put together a proposal for consideration providing an alternative to Bedminster’s former Senior Van Program. Somerset County will provide ADA van service for up to 14 Bedminster residents on Wednesdays to Chester Springs Shopping Mall located at 237 US 206 in Chester.

Pluckemin Park
Inspection of the property by Code Enforcement and Zoning revealed several violations that have been settled in court and repairs have been completed. Inspectors are monitoring complaints from residents. The property manager hopes to apply for a grant to provide rehabilitation to some of the buildings in the near future in anticipation of extending the current PILOT program for the property.
JCP&L Outages
JCP&L continues to meet with local representatives regarding the status of the repair projects in Bedminster with priority given to the Hills Development. Representatives from impacted neighborhoods have organized and will keep in contact with JCP&L regarding the repairs.
