IT
Manager F/T – Bedminster Township seeks an experienced and
dynamic IT Manager to lead, develop and implement municipal IT strategies to
meet operational needs. Expert knowledge
of cyber security required. Responsibilities include assessing IT risks,
working with other professional to implement technical updates and mitigate
potential risks, and developing IT security policies that cover data access,
devices, incident response and other issues.
Additional responsibilities include managing the Township’s computer
systems, networks, applications and their security, hardware and software
deployments, telecommunications, and budget management. Provides technical support for all municipal
departments including police department.
Candidates must possess strong leadership, project management,
troubleshooting, customer service, cloud computing and device management
skills. Strong planning and budgeting,
leadership and interpersonal skills required. The IT Manager is an exempt department head position
at forty (40) hours per week. Salary range is $45-$60 per hour depending upon
