    b. Engine Braking

Cm Jacobs reported that he has received information from residents near Rt. 206 regarding restricted roads and unrestricted roads.  The Township Committee is looking into the requirements for restricted roadways.  The portable sign reminding truckers to refrain from engine braking on Rt. 206 has been replaced for a period of time.

    c. Pluckemin Park

Inspection of the property by Code Enforcement and Zoning revealed several violations that are being addressed by the new property manager who has both a financial and timing commitment for the project.
